BOOKINGS

How can I check if my date is available?

Please fill our contact form or email us at charlotte@sleepy-bees.co.uk and we will get in touch within 24 hours to let you know availability.

How do I book a Sleepy Bees Sleepover?

You can send us an online enquiry via our contact form or simply send us an email to charlotte@sleepy-bees.co.uk. We will email you back with booking and payment information.

What ages are your sleepover parties for?

There is no age limit as we have mattresses for younger children and single sized airbeds for our bigger bees.

Do you offer packages for more than 4 tents?

Yes, we do – we can cater up to 6 tents for each theme. We can also mix and match the themes too.

How long do I have the tents for?

The standard hire period is up to 24 hours. Extended hire times can be negotiated and will be subject to availability. Sleepy Bees will arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver and pick up.

TENT SET-UP

How much space does each tent require?

The total space we need for each mattress and tent set-up is approximately 90cm x 140cm. Please allow an extra 40cm for the breakfast tray if you want them at the end of the bed. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the area is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests.

How long does it take to set up a Sleepy Bees Sleepover Party?

​We try to set up as quickly as possible. We have a lot of things to do during a short time so for this reason, we kindly request that no guests or children are in the set-up area. We take between 60 to 90 mins to set-up. Please make sure the carpet or floor is clean before setting up.

Can the tents be set up outdoors?

Unfortunately not. They can only be used indoors as they are not waterproof and the frames cannot be secured to the ground. ​

​Do I need to supply power?

No. All of our party lights are battery powered and are included in the package.

Is bedding provided?​

Yes, all our packages include a duvet cover and pillow with each tent. We also provide fitted sheets, mattress and pillow protectors, duvet, and pillow covers. All bedding is washed using non-biological washing powder and softener.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of Greater Manchester and Cheshire. We offer free delivery and collection within a 15 mile radius of M41, however, we are happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost. Please contact us directly for a quote.

​​PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

What payment is required?

We require a payment of £25 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party date and we also ask for a £30 security deposit  (£50 if 4 tents or more). The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully inspected. The cost for any replacements of damaged items or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via SumUp which accepts all cards. Details will be provided at the booking stage.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you cancel 2 weeks from the party date you will forfeit the £25 deposit. You can, however, schedule another date to retain your deposit.

Cancellation of a booking 7 days or less from the party date will forfeit the full balance of the booking.

What happens if something gets damaged?

If items are damaged beyond repair the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
